We also take no responsibility for the safety and safe arrival of any items/returns sent by you to ourselves. The customer is always responsible for any customs or import charges when ordering from outside the UK. If an item is returned to us by your local customs we will provide a refund minus any costs incurred by ourselves. Return Policy

In the event that you wish to return a product/s back to us for refund, please contact us first for approval. This can be done via the 'Contact Us' page under the correct subject heading. We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee, providing the item is in perfect condition and any seals are not broken. A refund will be issued providing these conditions are met and any postage costs in returning the products back to us are paid for by you.
