Here at Ilmopet we try to bring you the best products to keep your companion the happiest around. We are a business run by pet lovers; for pet lovers!

We purposefully stock what we believe are the best products on the market and what you are searching for. In the rare case that we do not have what you are after, we will deal with your EVERY request and aim for perfect customer service. We believe you deserve this for choosing to shop with us.

We check every product thoroughly before we post them to you, ensuring a high standard of quality and your sublime satisfaction. Sometimes things will slip through the net. On these rare occasions we will strive to deal with your problem as efficiently and as kindly as we possibly can. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service skills.

Our team

We are currently a wonderully cohesive team of 5 at Ilmopet.

Some of us have undergone training in pet nutrition and are qualified pet nutrition advisors.
